Notes: After the weekend, my back has been bothering me--too much riding in the car. So, I took Monday off and ran sort today. My back felt fine until I hit the last mile.

I find that a good HOT coffee drink fixes most back pains when running... If you have a hot coffee in your hands, it's difficult to run. Thus, no running pains.
I must say, this may not be a good blog to keep up on. It makes me feel lazy. I guess I could start another blog myself, blobspot.blogspot.com.
